Nichole attended McNicholas High School in Cincinnati, OH, before earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing/business from Northern Kentucky University. Her most recent work experience was in the healthcare sector. Prior to this, she held sales and marketing management positions in retail and non-profit organizations.

Outside of the office, Nichole and her husband PJ can be found at a ball field or in a basketball gym cheering on their kids, Will and Sophia.
Nichole loves travelling with friends and family, especially to a warm, sandy beach!!
